1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Bratty Paws Dog Plex website, class registration system, and physical facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Account Registration
To register for classes, seminars, or pool rentals, you must create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. Class Registration & Payment
All registrations are subject to availability. Payment in full is due at the time of registration. A spot is only held once payment completes; items in a cart are not reserved. If staff sends a payment invoice instead, the payment link expires after 48 hours and the held spot is released if it isn't paid. Account credit may be applied at checkout and never expires. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancel 48 or more hours before the first class session → account credit for the full amount paid.
- Cancel within 48 hours of the first session, or after the class has started → non-refundable, except at management discretion.
- No credit for individual sessions missed once a class has begun.
- Pool rentals and dock diving private lessons cancelled by the customer receive account credit for the amount paid.
- If Bratty Paws cancels a class, seminar or session, the customer receives full account credit or a reschedule.
Credits are issued as account credit (applied at checkout toward any class, seminar or pool booking) rather than card refunds unless required by law, and credits never expire. RV Park reservations follow their own separate policy; please see the RV Rules & Policies page.
5. Membership Programs
Memberships (e.g., Agility, Pool) are billed on a monthly basis. Membership benefits include early access to class enrollments. Memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the billing date.
6. Pool Services
Use of the Bratty Paws Dog Plex pool for rentals or private lessons requires explicit approval. Users must demonstrate basic water safety and control over their dogs. We reserve the right to revoke pool privileges for safety violations.
7. Code of Conduct
For the safety of all participants and dogs, the following rules apply on our premises:
- All dogs must be on a leash unless explicitly permitted in a designated off-leash training area.
- Handlers are responsible for picking up after their dogs.
- Aggressive behavior from dogs or handlers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
- Vaccination records must be kept up to date and provided upon request.
8. Liability & Waiver
By participating in activities at Bratty Paws Dog Plex, you acknowledge that dog training, dog sports, and pool activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to dog bites, falls, water-related injury, and property damage. You accept those risks on behalf of yourself, your family, your guests, and your dog(s). You agree to release and hold Bratty Paws Dog Plex, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers harmless from any claims for injury, loss, or damage arising out of your participation.
9. Text Messaging (SMS)
SMS communications are strictly opt-in. You may enable text messages at registration or at any time by navigating to My Account → Notifications, or by visiting our Text Alerts page.
We use SMS to send class reminders, skip-week / class cancellation notices, waitlist notifications (we text you when a spot you requested becomes available), invoice and payment reminders, and reservation and booking updates (pool, dock diving, RV park). We do not use SMS for third-party marketing. We never sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of text messages does not stop transactional emails regarding your purchases. 10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the site.
