1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Bratty Paws Dog Plex website, class registration system, and physical facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Account Registration
To register for classes, seminars, or pool rentals, you must create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. Class Registration & Payment
All registrations are subject to availability. Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Classes cancelled at least 48 hours prior to start: Full refund.
- Classes cancelled within 48 hours: Non-refundable or subject to partial credit at management discretion.
5. Membership Programs
Memberships (e.g., Agility, Pool) are billed on a monthly basis. Membership benefits include early access to class enrollments. Memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the billing date.
6. Pool Services
Use of the Bratty Paws Dog Plex pool for rentals or private lessons requires explicit approval. Users must demonstrate basic water safety and control over their dogs. We reserve the right to revoke pool privileges for safety violations.
7. Code of Conduct
For the safety of all participants and dogs, the following rules apply on our premises:
- All dogs must be on a leash unless explicitly permitted in a designated off-leash training area.
- Handlers are responsible for picking up after their dogs.
- Aggressive behavior from dogs or handlers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
- Vaccination records must be kept up to date and provided upon request.
8. Liability & Waiver
By participating in activities at Bratty Paws Dog Plex, you acknowledge that dog training and dog sports involve inherent risks. You agree to hold Bratty Paws Dog Plex, its instructors, and staff harmless from any claim for injury or damage to you, your dog(s), or your property.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the site.
