User Agreement

1. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Bratty Paws Dog Plex platform, you are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information about yourself and your dog(s). You agree to keep your account profile up to date and manage your dog's details effectively to ensure safe placement in classes.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or abusing the waitlist and booking systems is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect necessary information to provide our services, including contact details and dog profiles. We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal data to third parties. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform utilizes third-party services to function fully, including but not limited to Stripe for secure payment processing. By using our platform, you also agree to be bound by the terms of service of these third-party providers where applicable.

6. Communication Preferences

By creating an account, you consent to receive administrative communications from us (e.g., invoices, class reminders, waitlist offers). You may opt in or out of specific promotional or reminder channels via your Account Settings, but critical system emails regarding your purchases cannot be opted out of.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of your use of this platform or our services will be handled in good faith directly with Bratty Paws Dog Plex management.

8. Termination of Account
